Agartala: May 14: The State youth Congress on Saturday lodged a deputation with the NCC police station alleging allegations against the deputy chief minister's son Pratik Debbarma. State Congress President Rakhu Das was present on the occasion. He alleged that a parliamentary delegation had recently visited the state of Tripura. Deputy Chief Minister's son Pratik Debbarma treated them in a drunken condition state at a hotel in the city and behaves rudely with the authorities at that hotel. He also went to a social event in Kunjaban and behaved in an unimaginable manner. Pratik Debbarma tortures foreign artists physically and mentally. This has brought disgrace to Tripura. So the SDPO has been asked by the Youth Congress why he has not been arrested yet. But without getting any good answer, it has been demanded that Pratik Debbarma to be arrested immediately, said Rakhu Das. He further said that the government's slogan of drug free Tripura is only Joomla. Residents of the state can see that only drugs are being sold in alleys across the state. The police are playing a passive role. Rakhu Das alleged that the main reason behind this was that the big leaders of BJP got money from it.
